1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking a treatment with Riviera Aesthetics by Dr Jadeja (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Our Services

Riviera Aesthetics by Dr Jadeja provides doctor-led aesthetic treatments including injectables, dermal fillers and skin health services. All treatments are carried out by or under the direct supervision of Dr Jadeja. Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over only.

3. Consultations

All new patients are required to attend a consultation prior to any treatment. During this consultation, your suitability for treatment will be assessed. We reserve the right to decline treatment at our clinical discretion. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or carried out.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

We reserve the right to require a deposit to secure appointment bookings. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at our clinic. Prices are subject to change; the price agreed at your consultation will be honoured for appointments booked within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Results & Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments are highly individualised. While we strive to achieve your desired outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results. Results vary between individuals and are influenced by factors including skin type, lifestyle, age and medical history. Before and after images shown are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

7. Medical Information & Consent

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications or allergies may affect your safety and suitability for treatment. Informed written consent will be obtained before any procedure is carried out.

8. Complaints

We are committed to providing the highest standards of care. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and endeavour to resolve it promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Riviera Aesthetics by Dr Jadeja and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riviera Aesthetics by Dr Jadeja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the treatment in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
