Your safety is at the heart of everything we do. Every decision, every treatment, every product — held to the highest clinical standard.
Riviera Aesthetics operates to the highest standards of medical practice. As a doctor-led clinic, patient safety is not simply a consideration — it is the defining principle of everything we do.
Every treatment at Riviera Aesthetics is performed by Dr Omeshwari — a fully qualified medical doctor registered with the General Medical Council. This is not a delegated service. You will be seen and treated by a doctor from your first consultation through to your aftercare.
Dr Omeshwari holds advanced qualifications in aesthetic medicine and maintains his training through continuous professional development. He works in accordance with the latest clinical guidelines, best practice standards and evolving UK regulatory requirements for aesthetic medicine.
We use only licensed, medical-grade products that meet the highest regulatory standards. All injectable treatments use established, clinically validated products that are appropriate for medical aesthetic use and are sourced through approved medical supply channels.
All treatments are performed using sterile, single-use equipment in a clinical environment. Infection prevention and patient safety protocols are adhered to at every stage of every procedure, without exception.
Aftercare is a fundamental part of the treatment process, not an afterthought. Dr Omeshwari provides clear and thorough aftercare guidance following every procedure, and is available for follow-up consultation where required. Your safety after treatment matters as much as your safety during it.
Riviera Aesthetics operates to the highest standards of clinical practice. Dr Omeshwari is registered with the GMC, holds full medical indemnity, and is committed to maintaining excellence in all aspects of clinical care. We comply fully with applicable UK healthcare and aesthetic industry regulations.
We do not offer standardised treatment protocols. Every patient undergoes an individual medical assessment prior to any treatment, and treatment is only recommended where it is clinically appropriate and genuinely in the patient's best interest. Where there is clinical uncertainty, or where the risk-benefit analysis does not support a procedure, Dr Omeshwari will advise accordingly — and may recommend against proceeding. This commitment to honest, patient-centred guidance is one of the most important aspects of safe aesthetic practice.
Riviera Aesthetics operates in full compliance with applicable UK regulations governing the provision of aesthetic medicine, including the requirements introduced by the Health and Care Act 2022. Dr Omeshwari is a registered medical practitioner and is authorised to prescribe and administer prescription-only medicines used in aesthetic treatments.
We do not offer same-day consultations and treatments for injectable procedures. All patients are required to complete a full medical consultation prior to treatment, and a cooling-off period is offered as standard. Treatment is only administered following informed consent, obtained in a clear and documented manner.
Our approach to marketing and patient communication is measured, honest and compliant with UK advertising standards. We make no exaggerated claims about outcomes and avoid language that could mislead patients about what can realistically be achieved.
If you have any questions about our compliance practices or clinical standards, we are happy to discuss them openly. Transparency is fundamental to the kind of clinic we aspire to be.
