Dr Omeshwari takes a detailed approach to lip assessment prior to treatment, evaluating the natural lip shape, the balance between upper and lower lip, the relationship to the surrounding facial structures and the patient's specific goals. Treatment is then tailored accordingly — whether the focus is on adding gentle volume, improving definition at the vermilion border, correcting subtle asymmetry or restoring projection that has reduced with age.

A conservative quantity of filler is always used. Results can be added to over time; they cannot be subtracted from without dissolution, and we would always rather treat conservatively and build gradually than overtreat at a single appointment.

The cheeks and midface are central to the overall balance of the face. Volume loss in this area — which occurs naturally with age — can result in a tired or hollowed appearance, a deepening of the nasolabial folds and a general loss of structural support across the lower face.

When pronounced, it creates a hollow or shadowed appearance beneath the eyes that can make a patient look significantly more tired or older than they feel.

Tear trough treatment uses a very small quantity of hyaluronic acid filler, placed with precision in the suborbicularis plane, to soften this hollow and reduce the visual depth of the groove. The result is a more rested and refreshed appearance beneath the eye, without giving the area an overfilled or puffy quality.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty — commonly referred to as a non-surgical nose job — uses small, precise volumes of dermal filler to address the appearance of the nose without surgery. Treatment can smooth bumps on the nasal bridge, lift the nasal tip, improve symmetry or create a straighter nasal profile — all without general anaesthetic, incisions or recovery time.

It is important to understand the limitations of this treatment: non-surgical rhinoplasty can refine and improve the nose, but it cannot reduce its size. It works by redistributing the visual profile rather than removing tissue. Not all nose concerns are suitable for non-surgical correction, and Dr Omeshwari will give you an honest assessment of what this treatment can and cannot achieve for your specific anatomy.
