These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Riviera Aesthetics website and the services provided by Riviera Aesthetics by Dr Omeshwari ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Riviera Aesthetics provides doctor-led aesthetic medicine services, including facial aesthetic consultations, injectable aesthetic treatments, dermal filler treatments and skin health services. All treatments are performed by Dr Omeshwari, a fully qualified medical doctor registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
All treatments are subject to a prior consultation and medical assessment. We reserve the right to decline to provide any treatment where, in the clinical judgement of Dr Omeshwari, treatment is not appropriate, safe or in the patient's best interest. This decision will always be made on clinical and ethical grounds and will be communicated to you clearly.

Booking a consultation: Consultations are booked by appointment only. Submitting an enquiry via our website or contacting us by email or telephone does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.
Consultation fees: A consultation fee applies to all initial appointments. This fee is payable at the time of booking. Please contact us for current consultation pricing. The consultation fee is non-refundable except in circumstances where we cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cooling-off period: In accordance with UK best practice guidance for aesthetic medicine, we operate a cooling-off period for injectable treatments. Treatment will not be administered at the same appointment as your initial consultation without a prior assessment. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment following your consultation.
Minors: We do not provide aesthetic treatment to patients under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
Cancellations by you: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of any consultation fee paid. We understand that circumstances can change, and we will always try to accommodate you where possible.
Cancellations by us: In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment at your convenience. Any fees paid in advance will be refunded in full if you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment.
Non-attendance: Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. Repeated non-attendance may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed at your consultation.
Payment: Payment in full is required prior to or at the time of treatment. We accept payment by card. We do not offer credit or payment plans.
Refunds: Due to the nature of aesthetic medical treatments, we are unable to offer refunds once treatment has been administered. If you have any concerns about your treatment outcome, please contact us to arrange a follow-up assessment with Dr Omeshwari. We are committed to supporting you through your aftercare and to addressing any concerns in a fair and considered manner.
Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and, as with all medical procedures, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Individual results will vary depending on a number of factors including your individual anatomy, skin type, lifestyle, age and the nature of the treatment undertaken.
Dr Omeshwari will provide you with an honest and realistic assessment of the likely outcomes of your treatment at your consultation. We do not make exaggerated claims about results and we encourage you to have realistic expectations informed by our clinical guidance.
All treatments carry a degree of risk. Dr Omeshwari will discuss the relevant risks and potential complications of any proposed treatment with you in detail as part of the informed consent process. Treatment will only be undertaken once informed consent has been obtained.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience with us, we would like to hear from you.
Please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may wish to contact the General Medical Council (GMC) or seek independent advice. As a registered medical practitioner, Dr Omeshwari is subject to the professional standards and disciplinary processes of the GMC.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our website or services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
